Owned + operated by Melissa Cameron, ORA: Mind + Body  is a homage to her grandfather, Ora Berry, and the relentless pursuit of small, family owned businesses. Rooted in the values of presence and authenticity, ORA’s combines yoga, psychology, and evidence-based practices to create a safe space to explore wellbeing.

YOGA CLASSES
Our semi-private and private yoga services are rooted in the Vinyasa Yoga philosophy developed by T. Krishnamacharya, emphasizing breath-synchronized movement tailored to the individual. Each session is designed with customized sequences that address your unique physical needs, goals, and experience level, fostering a mindful connection between body and mind. This personalized approach supports deeper alignment, balance, and flow, creating an environment where personal growth and holistic wellness can thrive.
Intentionally small, semi-private group yoga classes limited to just 6 people per class.
