A 4-Week Beginner Yoga Series designed to help you feel confident, supported, and grounded from day one. This welcoming series offers an easy-to-understand introduction to yoga philosophy, foundational postures, yogic breathing, and meditation—all guided by a highly experienced instructor with over 20 years of teaching experience. Each 1-hour class is thoughtfully paced with clear cues, plenty of options, and space for questions, so you can build a strong, safe foundation and learn how to practice in a way that fits your body and life.

  • Simple, practical yoga philosophy you can apply off the mat

  • Foundational poses and alignment basics

  • How to modify for comfort, strength, and safety
