Designed for small groups seeking a more intentional and connected practice, these classes blend the science of movement with the art of mindfulness. Guided by Melissa Cameron, a Licensed Professional Counselor and seasoned yoga instructor with over two decades of experience, each session integrates mindful sequencing, breathwork, and meditative awareness to restore the nervous system and strengthen the body.

Whether you’re looking to deepen your practice with friends, nurture connection within your team, or create space for mindful renewal, this class offers a safe, supportive environment where every participant is seen and guided with care. Expect an experience that honors both the physical and emotional dimensions of well-being—rooted in compassion, presence, and self-discovery.

Class size is intentionally limited to ensure individualized guidance and meaningful connection.

Classes are available only to pre-registered individuals and registration closes 2 hour before the class starts. To register for a class, purchase the ticket ($25). Cancellations are available until two hours before class begins. After that point in time, there are no refunds.
