Slow Flow Yoga includes a one-hour all-levels yoga class with Melissa Cameron at ORA's. This class is designed to help us slow down, move with the breath, and settle in. By combining all levels yoga poses with easy transitions, the yoga practice will emphasize the importance of mindful attention. The breathing practice will include 8-10 second breaths offering a much slower pace. The end of the practice will include about 15 minutes of restorative yoga poses.
