I AM Strong is a low-impact, yoga-infused, strength training class that is now available every Tuesday and Thursday at 9:30 am. The 45-minute class will use body weight, light hand-held weights, and resistance bands to increase strength. The class is limited to 6 people and is included in all of the I AM Yoga class passes and memberships.
