Through a series of sun salutations, standing poses, seated stretches, and balancing postures, you'll explore the interconnectedness of breath and movement, cultivating a deeper awareness of the present moment. With each breath, find balance, stability, and grace as you flow through sequences designed to awaken energy channels and unlock vitality.

Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, modifications will be offered to suit all levels, allowing you to honor your body's unique needs and abilities. Expect to leave feeling centered, revitalized, and empowered, ready to carry the peace and harmony of your practice into your daily life.

Pre-registration is required before attending the class and can be done online or in the I AM Yoga Studio app. Please register 1 hour before class time starts.
