Welcome to our Gentle and Restorative Yoga Class, a sanctuary for relaxation, rejuvenation, and inner peace. This class is designed to offer a nurturing space where you can unwind, release tension, and cultivate a deep sense of well-being.

In this class, we focus on gentle movements, supported postures, and mindful breathing techniques to promote relaxation and restore balance to the body and mind. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, this class is accessible to all levels and abilities.

Throughout the session, you will be guided through a series of gentle stretches and restorative poses, using props such as blankets, bolsters, and blocks to provide support and comfort. These props help to gently open up the body, release muscular tension, and encourage deep relaxation.
Each pose is held for an extended period, allowing you to surrender into stillness and experience the profound benefits of deep relaxation.

Pre-registration is required for all classes at least 1 hour before the class start time.
