Welcome to our Beginners Yoga class! Whether you're new to yoga or looking to refresh your practice, this class is designed to introduce you to the foundational principles and postures of yoga in a supportive and welcoming environment.

In this class, you will learn:
  • Basic Yoga Principles: Explore the fundamental principles of yoga, including breath awareness (pranayama), alignment, and mindfulness.
  • Gentle Warm-Up: Begin with gentle movements and stretches to awaken the body and prepare for the practice ahead.
  • Foundational Asanas (Yoga Poses): Learn a variety of beginner-friendly yoga poses to improve flexibility, strength, and balance. 
  • Proper Alignment and Modifications: Understand how to safely align your body in each pose to prevent injury and maximize benefits. Modifications will be offered to accommodate different levels of flexibility and mobility.
