Flow and Restore Yoga blends the dynamic movement of Vinyasa Flow Yoga with restorative yoga's calming and rejuvenating aspects. In this class, you'll experience the perfect balance between energizing sequences and soothing relaxation.

During the "Flow" portion of the class, you'll synchronize your breath with movement as you flow through a series of postures. The focus here is on building strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. You'll move through sequences designed to create heat in the body, improve circulation, and enhance overall vitality.  The last 15-minutes of the class includes a  "Restore" phase designed to unwind, and release tension through gentle, supported postures. Props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks will be used to fully support the body, allowing you to let go and relax completely. 

Perfect for all levels. No previous yoga experience is necessary.

Pre-registration is required 1 hour before the start of class. This registration is for in-studio attendance.
